Mountain Heritage Miss Cassidy is a red, homozygous polled Dexter heifer with Belle Fourche × MRALD foundations. She combines calm disposition with modern polled genetics, making her a standout in our next generation of Dexter cattle. With her balanced type and DNA-verified parentage, Cassidy represents both beauty and function in a small-framed cow.

Cassidy Through the Years
Cassidy has a special bond with her half-sister Amari. After Amari’s twin passed away, she was left as the only calf — until Cassidy was born just ten days later. Because Amari couldn’t regulate her body temperature, both calves lived in the house for two weeks, becoming “Irish Twins” in spirit as well as in age. They started life on the bottle together and were later grafted onto Luna, who stepped in as a devoted nurse cow. This unusual beginning created a close bond between Cassidy and Amari, and it shows in their gentle, people-friendly temperaments today.
