Mountain Heritage Farm’s herd records, milk production data, cow profiles, lactation graphs, breeding notes, animal descriptions, and related educational interpretations are original materials belonging to Mountain Heritage Farm.

These materials are provided to educate visitors and document real-world farm experience. They may not be copied, harvested, republished, extracted, compiled into databases, used for competitive comparison, used to promote another farm or animal, or used to create tools, articles, sales copy, breeding claims, or educational materials without written permission.

Milk records and herd examples shown on this website are truthful records or examples from Mountain Heritage Farm, but they are not guarantees of future animal performance. Individual animals vary. Management, genetics, nutrition, health, age, lactation stage, environment, and other factors can affect production, temperament, fertility, udder quality, and suitability.

8. Raw Milk, Dairy, and Food Safety Information

This website may discuss raw milk, dairy handling, family cow management, milk testing, cheese making, cultured dairy, sanitation, food preparation, and related farm practices. This content is educational only and reflects Mountain Heritage Farm’s experience and practices.

Raw milk and dairy laws vary by location and may change over time. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws, regulations, licensing requirements, herd-share rules, labeling requirements, food-safety standards, and professional guidance that apply to your own state, county, household, farm, and intended use.

Mountain Heritage Farm does not provide medical advice and does not claim that raw milk, dairy products, foods, supplements, animal products, or farm practices diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Individuals with health concerns, pregnancy, weakened immune systems, allergies, or other medical considerations should consult qualified healthcare professionals.

9. Veterinary, Animal Health, and Breeding Information

This website may discuss cattle health, breeding decisions, calving, calf care, biosecurity, milk production, udder structure, artificial insemination, genetics, registration, and related livestock topics. This information is educational and based on Mountain Heritage Farm’s experience.

Nothing on this website replaces veterinary care, professional livestock evaluation, laboratory testing, legal guidance, breed-association rules, or your own responsibility as an animal owner. Always consult qualified professionals for animal health, breeding, disease, injury, reproduction, nutrition, transport, legal, or emergency concerns.

Mountain Heritage Farm does not guarantee that following any method discussed on this website will produce a particular outcome, prevent illness or injury, improve production, result in pregnancy, ensure safe calving, or create a certain temperament, udder, size, conformation, or milk-production result.

10. Livestock Sales and Animal Listings

Any livestock listings, animal descriptions, milk records, photos, pedigrees, availability statements, or sale-related information on this website are provided for informational purposes only and may change at any time.

An animal shown on this website is not guaranteed to be available. Availability, pricing, deposits, pickup arrangements, transportation, registration, health paperwork, testing, and sale terms are handled separately and may require written agreement.

Mountain Heritage Farm makes every reasonable effort to describe animals honestly based on known information, observation, records, and experience. However, no animal is guaranteed to perform exactly like a parent, sibling, relative, herd mate, or example described on this website.

Buyers are responsible for evaluating whether an animal is suitable for their own farm, goals, laws, facilities, management style, climate, fencing, herd health, and experience level.

11. No Public Tours or Farm Visits

Mountain Heritage Farm is a private working farm and private residence. We do not offer public tours, farm visits, open farm days, classes, events, animal viewing appointments, or casual drop-in visits.

Any in-person appointment, if offered, must be scheduled and approved by Mountain Heritage Farm in advance. Permission to visit for one specific purpose does not create permission for additional visits, tours, photography, animal interaction, or access to private areas of the farm.

For the safety of our family, livestock, guardian animals, working dogs, biosecurity practices, and farm operations, visitors may not enter the property without express permission from Mountain Heritage Farm.
